Animal Drug Doxycycline Plus Tylosin-The combination of tylosin and doxycycline acts additive. Doxycycline belongs to the group of tetracyclines and acts bacteriostatic against many Gram-positive and Gram -negative bacteria like Bordetella, Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. Doxycycline is also active against Chlamydia, Mycoplasma and Rickettsia spp. The action of doxycycline is based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis. Doxycycline has a great affinity to the lungs and is therefore especially useful for treatment of bacterial respiratory infections. Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic with a bacteriostatic action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria like Campylobacter, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Treponema spp. and Mycoplasma.

Ingredient: Tylosin Tartrate and Doxycycline Hyclate

Storage: Store in an airtight container at dry room temperature (1 to 30o C) protected from light.

Indication

To treatment the following diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria susceptible to Tylosin and Doxycycline.

Calves, Swine, sheep, goats and horse

Pleural pneumonia, Colibacillosis, Strepto-coccosis, Mycoplasmasis and etc.

Poultry

CRD, CCRD, ILT, IT caused by Mycoplasma, Hemophilus, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus.

Dosage & Administration

Administer the following dose mixed with feed orally.

Poultry-Administer 1g diluted with per 2 L of drinking water.

Swine, sheep, goats and horse-Administer 1g diluted with per 40kg of body weight.

Cattle-Administer 1g diluted with per 60kg of body weight.
